Code of Conduct - Reporting Concerns
NDE believes in responsible social and ethical behaviour and one of its core values requires that all NDE employees conduct themselves and their affairs with integrity. NDE has a Code of Conduct which specifies the standards of behaviour that employees are expected to demonstrate and a Disciplinary Policy and Procedure which provides guidelines on how to deal with instances of misconduct.
NDE recognises the fact that unethical conduct, fraud and corruption within NDE is detrimental to good, effective, accountable and transparent governance and that such actions could endanger the economic stability of NDE and potentially cause reputational damage.
The concerns of an external party should be reported to NDE’s Managing Director, Mike Campbell, or Deputy Managing Director, Hardy Esterhuizen, who will deal with the matter in accordance with the relevant procedures.
